Potato Wedges

Potato wedges are an easy summer snack that can be paired with just about anything. Try this recipe with your favorite veggie burger or shake.

1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Cajun seasonings
1 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 pounds medium Yukon Gold potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil

Scrub and dry potatoes. Cut into even-sized wedges (6-8 per potato).

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.

Combine garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, seasoned salt and black pepper in a small bowl.

Place potatoes in a bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning blend and toss well to coat.

Spread out potatoes on the baking sheet.

Roast for 25-30 minutes.
